Someone out there has had to have something like this happen that ended positive? This is by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Like really? I was promised a new xbox series x 3 times! Now they won't stand behind their product, won't refund me and want to keep playing this game of me sending a bad product so they can break something else in it. This fourth rep tells me no he won't replace my defective product but will refurbish it a second time. Sent a fourth chat and this gets even worse. Says not to worry he'll get the replacement in and now it will be 42-72 hours, he also verified my email. This guy tells me he doesn't see a replacement on order for me. He also tells me it will be 48 hours and I will see an email about instructions. also I have all the screen shots- "super special deal" for a defective product is the exact words he used. The first guy promises he got me a "super special deal" and can replace my defective product. About a week later I received a dingy, horribly packed xbox series x. Sent it back to Microsoft when I was assured a brand new xbox series x would be sent as a replacement. I purchased the Xbox series x about a month ago.
